Job Description: We’re in search of an organized and proactive individual to join us as a Full-Time Personal Assistant. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive support to our CFO by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CFO, prioritizing and delegating tasks as necessary.
Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CFO to support decision-making processes.
Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing household appointments, organizing personal events, and running errands.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in handling sensitive information.
Willingness to work full-time, with occasional flexibility for extended hours as needed.
